SPONSOR reserves the right to verify parental/guardian consent at any time, and failure to provide such consent upon request will result in disqualification.

SPONSOR is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, damaged, misdirected, or undeliverable correspondence, entries, or submissions to the Competition, all of which will be disqualified. Proof of submission or sending the submission is not proof of receipt by SPONSOR. Incomplete or late submissions will not be eligible to advance in the Competition.

Section 6. Game of Skill

The Competition is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winner. All entries will be judged individually on their merits. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to participate in this Competition. You may use any of SPONSOR’s free materials referenced herein without being a paying customer of any of SPONSOR’s paid programs or products.

Section 7. Competition Structure & Judging Panel

The winning entry will be determined by SPONSOR’s Panel of qualified judges (the “Panel”) who will judge each entry according to the criteria described below.

Core Concept of the Challenge

Each participant selects one (1) specific goal or project to work on for the entire 5-month challenge. The chosen goal must be:

  • Clear and specific;
  • Measurable or trackable; and
  • Aligned with free Genius Network online resources (including, but not limited to, content available at JoePolish.com, GeniusNetwork.com, and ILoveMarketing.com).

Examples of qualifying goals include, but are not limited to: building and launching an app; landing a new job or internship through networking and outreach; starting and growing a business; or meaningfully improving a key skill such as sales, communication, or leadership.

Monthly Submissions (Required)

Each month from June 2026 through September 2026, participants must submit:

  • A one (1) minute video reflection covering: (a) what they worked on that month; (b) actions taken; and (c) progress toward their goal; and
  • Supporting evidence, such as photos, screenshots, receipts, outreach logs, or measurable results.

Monthly submissions must be uploaded through WinJoesTesla.com by no later than 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the last day of each respective month. The focus of monthly submissions is to demonstrate consistent effort and progress on the same goal each month.

Final Submission (October 2026)

By no later than 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on October 31, 2026, participants must submit:

  • A two (2) minute video summarizing: (a) the full journey across the 5-month challenge; (b) final results and outcomes; (c) key lessons learned; and
  • Supporting evidence demonstrating the results claimed.

Judging Criteria

The total number of points available is one hundred (100), allocated across four equally-weighted categories. Each judge on the Panel will score each participant according to the following criteria:

Category 1: Consistency & Execution (Up to 25 Points)

Participants will be evaluated on:

  • Consistent monthly submissions throughout the Competition Period;
  • Follow-through on commitments;
  • Effort and discipline shown over time; and
  • Ability to stay focused on one goal throughout the challenge.

Category 2: Measurable Progress & Results (Up to 25 Points)

Participants will be evaluated on:

  • Tangible progress toward their selected goal;
  • Improvement over the course of the challenge;
  • Quality and significance of outcomes achieved; and
  • Evidence supporting the results claimed.

Category 3: Initiative & Creativity (Up to 25 Points)

Participants will be evaluated on:

  • Problem-solving ability;
  • Creativity and innovation;
  • Resourcefulness; and
  • Initiative taken beyond minimum expectations.

Category 4: Storytelling & Personal Growth (Up to 25 Points)

Participants will be evaluated on:

  • Clarity and quality of communication;
  • Authenticity and engagement;
  • Personal transformation and lessons learned; and
  • Ability to inspire others through their journey.

Selecting the Grand Prize Winner

Each judge on the Panel will score each participant’s complete body of work (monthly submissions and final submission) according to the above criteria, awarding each participant up to a maximum of one hundred (100) points. The total number of points awarded to a participant by all of the judges will then be added together to reach a sub-total, and then divided by the number of judges to reach the averaged “final” score per participant. For example, if there are 5 judges and the participant received scores of 82, 85, 88, 90, and 92, their sub-total would be 437 and their averaged final score would be 87.4 (437 divided by 5). The participant with the highest averaged final score will be selected as the Grand Prize Winner.

In the event of a tie, each of the judges will be asked to cast a tie-breaker vote for either one or the other of the participants who tied, and the participant winning the most votes from the judges will be the one chosen as the Grand Prize Winner.

The Panel is expected to consist of five (5) qualified judges. However, SPONSOR reserves the right to adjust the number of judges in its sole discretion. There will be no less than three (3) qualified judges.

All submissions must be non-fiction and are subject to factual verification. Incomplete and/or inaccurate entries not complying with the rules are subject to disqualification.

All judging decisions will be final and at the sole discretion of the Panel.

Section 8. Winner Notification and Disqualification

If the potential Grand Prize Winner cannot be located or does not respond within a reasonable time period as determined by SPONSOR, the potential Grand Prize Winner will be disqualified and SPONSOR may, at its sole and absolute discretion, select the participant with the next highest averaged final score, whom SPONSOR will attempt to contact, and who will be subject to disqualification in the same manner. SPONSOR will not be responsible for failed attempts to notify any potential winner.

Section 9. Prize

The Grand Prize Winner will be honored on stage at the November 2026 Genius Network Annual Event and will receive:

  • Option 1: Joe Polish’s 2022 Tesla Model S Long Range with approximately 33,000 miles; or
  • Option 2: A cash prize alternative (amount to be determined by SPONSOR in its sole discretion).

See further details in Section 10 for additional terms applicable to accepting the Prize.

Section 10. Prize Conditions & Taxes

The Prize must be accepted by the Grand Prize Winner as awarded, cannot be substituted, transferred, exchanged, or surrendered for cash except as expressly provided in Section 9 (Option 2), or at the sole and absolute discretion of SPONSOR. In the event that the Prize, or any part of it, becomes unavailable beyond the control of SPONSOR, SPONSOR reserves the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value. Any applicable taxes on the Prize, and any other costs not expressly included in the description of the Prize in Section 9, are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. For example, when required by law due to prize values, the Grand Prize Winner must also sign IRS Form W-9 before receiving the Prize so that the value of the Prize can be correctly reported to the U.S. Internal Revenue Service for income tax purposes. Participation in the Competition and receiving the Prize is subject to the Terms of SPONSOR and any other service providers or prize suppliers associated with the Competition.

The Grand Prize Winner may elect the Alternative Cash Prize instead of accepting the Tesla if they so choose. The Grand Prize Winner will have two (2) weeks from the date they were announced the winner to select their option.

If the Grand Prize Winner accepts the Tesla as their Prize instead of the Alternative Cash Prize, they further agree and understand:

  • They are responsible for paying the applicable income and motor vehicle sales and transfer taxes based upon the retail value of the vehicle at the time of transfer;
  • They are responsible for providing proof of insurance on the vehicle before they will be given possession and title;
  • They are responsible for possessing a valid driver’s license issued in the United States (or, if under the legal driving age or unable to obtain a license, having a parent or legal guardian accept the vehicle on their behalf, subject to the same conditions); and
  • They are responsible for transporting the vehicle from Arizona, USA to their desired destination.

Minor Winners: If the Grand Prize Winner is under 18 years of age at the time of the award, the Prize will be awarded to the Winner’s parent or legal guardian on the Winner’s behalf, and the parent or legal guardian will be required to sign all applicable releases, tax forms, and acceptance documents. Acceptance and registration of the Tesla may require the parent or legal guardian to take title and serve as the registered owner of the vehicle in accordance with applicable state law.

The Prize will be fulfilled within a commercially reasonable timeframe following winner verification.

Section 11. Accuracy of Entries

All Competition entries and submissions must be based on fact and reflect genuine results achieved. The Grand Prize Winner will be required to validate their achievements to the judging Panel, within ten (10) days of receiving the verification request, as a condition of receiving the Prize, which may include providing objective evidence of any results the Winner claimed to achieve. Failure to provide the requested proof during the stated timeframe will cause the Winner to forfeit the Prize.

Section 12. Intellectual Property & Use of Materials

You warrant that all information and/or materials submitted along with your Competition entry, including, but not limited to your videos, photographs, screenshots, and written and electronic communication (together the “Material”) is original, shall not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party, and shall not violate any other laws. You also warrant that you obtained consent from any third parties referenced in the submissions, including any individuals appearing in your video submissions. By submitting your entry, you grant SPONSOR an irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, publicly perform, transmit, broadcast, stream, and create derivative works from the Material in any way and through any medium now known or later developed (including, without limitation, on JoePolish.com, GeniusNetwork.com, WinJoesTesla.com, social media platforms, podcasts, email newsletters, and at live or virtual events) for promotional, advertising, or other business purposes, without further permission or compensation to you. This license survives the conclusion of the Competition. SPONSOR may sublicense these rights to affiliates and media partners.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you specifically acknowledge and agree that any video submission you provide (whether a monthly submission, the final submission, or any other Material) may be played, screened, broadcast, livestreamed, or otherwise publicly displayed by SPONSOR, in whole or in part, at the November 2026 Genius Network Annual Event and at any other live or virtual events, presentations, or gatherings hosted or attended by SPONSOR, as well as on SPONSOR’s websites, social media channels, podcasts, marketing materials, and any other distribution channels SPONSOR may choose, in SPONSOR’s sole discretion, regardless of whether you are selected as the Grand Prize Winner.

Section 13. Express Consent and Permission

Entry in the Competition constitutes your express consent and permission for SPONSOR to use your name, likeness, statements, biographical information, photo and video (in whole or in part), and any other information provided by you for the purposes of conducting this Competition and for promotional and advertising purposes to promote SPONSOR, its business, its products and services, in any media and in any manner whatsoever throughout the world, without limitation or restriction and without compensation, in perpetuity. For minors, this consent must be co-signed by a parent or legal guardian. For the sake of clarification, you retain ownership rights in your underlying intellectual property you may mention in the Materials (such as your brand names, likeness, etc.). All personal information collected will be subject to SPONSOR’s privacy policy which is available at WinJoesTesla.com/privacy. To the extent permitted under applicable laws, you agree not to bring any claims related to invasion of privacy, right of publicity, trademark violation, copyright, defamation, libel, slander, moral rights, or any broadly equivalent rights anywhere in the world, arising from SPONSOR’s use of the Materials as authorized hereunder (or, if it is not possible to waive your moral or equivalent rights in the jurisdiction in which you reside, you consent to SPONSOR doing anything that would be authorized under applicable laws).

Section 14. Assumption of Risk & Release

You assume all risk of injury, harm, or loss of any kind arising from participating in the Competition. For minor participants, this release must be co-signed by a parent or legal guardian.

Section 15. Contact Information

Please ensure your contact information is up to date and maintained throughout the Competition. If you are judged to be the Grand Prize Winner and cannot be reached for notification due to your not providing accurate contact information, you will be dropped as the Winner with the next highest judged participant taking your place.

Section 16. Disqualification

SPONSOR reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Competition or to be acting in violation of these Terms or in an unsportsmanlike, immoral, or disruptive manner.

Section 17. Site Availability & Technical Issues

SPONSOR does not warrant that entry in, access to, or use of the Competition, or SPONSOR’s web sites (including JoePolish.com, GeniusNetwork.com, or WinJoesTesla.com) will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Section 18. Limitations of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes, or modifies any statutory consumer guarantees or any other implied warranties under any legislation. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, SPONSOR (including its officers, employees, and agents) is not responsible for, nor accepts any liability for:

  • Any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by you or otherwise;
  • Technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, slow down, interruptions, or disconnections in phone networks or lines or computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, or hardware or software connected to or related to the Competition or any of SPONSOR’s web sites howsoever caused;

Section 21. Right to Modify or Cancel

SPONSOR reserves the right to interpret these Terms and, if necessary, to amend these Terms or cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Competition for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, if an event beyond the reasonable control of SPONSOR (including force majeure and other events) affects the proper conduct or administration of the Competition or prevents the awarding of the Prize in accordance with these Terms. As another non-limiting example, SPONSOR also reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Competition if a sufficient number of Competition entries are not received within the timeline stated in Section 7 herein. SPONSOR’s interpretation of these Terms is final and at the sole discretion of SPONSOR.
